The Local Government Board, chaired by the mayor Ana Belén Castejón, today approved the subsidies for the promotion of citizen participation, the association and the maintenance of social premises to a total of 72 associations worth 188,500 euros.
In the same way, the aid of the Support Plan for Investment in the Hull (PAICA) has been given the green light, from which a total of 12 companies will benefit and has an amount of 93,706.48 euros.
Grants worth 70,000 euros have also been granted to 59 women's associations in the municipality, as well as 5,000 euros to the sports program of Carthaginians and Romans.
Likewise, subsidies to social entities have been approved;
6 international cooperation worth 85,000 euros, 38 senior clubs for the amount of 61,257 euros and 55 non-governmental associations for an amount of 841,257 euros.
Agreements
The Board has also given the green light to the signing of four agreements through which the orchestras of Chamber and Symphony of Cartagena will receive 50,000 euros, the Youth Symphony Orchestra of Cartagena 15,000 euros, the Cartagena de Mi Alma Association 6,000 euros and the Association of Neighbors of Pozo Estrecho 3,500 euros for the promotion of the Pasodobles festival.
Electronic administration
Within the plan of modernization and implementation of the electronic administration that is being developed by the local government, the Board has also approved the automation of 12 new administrative procedures of five municipal services.
Thus, in the coming months, citizens will be able to make the following procedures online:
General Registry:

General instance, appeal for reversal, pleadings, general responsible statement.
Public Way: Sanctioning procedure.
Local police:
.
Request for reports, request for badge to access the pedestrian zone, application for parking of vehicles or emissions.
Application or renewal of a resident card for the ORA and application for weapons cards.
Infrastructure: Request for the use of electronic vehicle charging points.
Human Resources: Derivation of human resources documents.
Productivity
Given that the Budget Law this year, agreed between the Ministry and the unions, established that administrations may have an additional fund, and that the City of Cartagena meets the requirements that are collected, has approved a rise in the mass salary of 0.3% in concept of productivity to municipal public employees and workers of autonomous organizations, which will be reflected in the payrolls of December.
