Offers may be submitted until next January 14 |
The City of Cartagena has published today in the Profile of the Employer of its electronic headquarters (www.cartagena.es) the procedure of alienation through public auction of ten building plots, with the aim of boosting the urban development of the municipality, as indicated by the mayor herself , Ana Belén Castejón, at the last Local Government Board in which her tender was approved
These plots are located in El Algar, where two plots are sold;
the District of the Conception;
The Ventorrillos de Santa Ana;
The Urrutias;
The Bohío;
Mills Marfagones;
Cabo de Palos and Mar de Cristal, where two other plots are also on sale.
The sale of these plots will allow the construction of 112 houses, contributing in this way to the revitalization of these neighborhoods and councils.
The ten plots are residential, except one of those located in Cabo de Palos, which is intended for tertiary use and has 1,211 square meters, of which 707 can be built.
The parcels to be auctioned come from the mandatory 10% cession and can be built without the need for an urban planning procedure because they are plots already considered residential.
Through its alienation the City of Cartagena expect to obtain about 3.5 million euros.
The plots are offered in separate lots, ranging from 46,077 euros for the one located in El Algar to 837,588 euros for the Partial Plan sector BH1 of El Bohío.
The deadline for submission of offers will remain open until January 14, 2019.
You can obtain more information and send the interested parties the corresponding offers through the Profile of the Employer, with the file number CPRIL2018 / 1
