The journalists Ana Tudela and Antonio Delgado will announce on Tuesday, December 11, his book Playa Burbuja.
A trip to the kingdom of the lords of the brick, an activity that is part of the Cartagena Piensa program and that will take place at 8:00 pm at the Ramón Alonso Luzzy Cultural Center Library.
The presentation will be under the responsibility of the Deputy Director of Academic Planning, Infrastructure, and Students of the ETSAE (UPCT), Jaume Blancafort.
Playa Burbuja is a journalistic investigation started with a motorcycle trip of 2,000 km along the Mediterranean coast and its provinces in search of the scars left in the landscape, the environment and coastal populations, the real estate bubble and its explosion.
On the one hand, it was about capturing, in the same temporal space, the image of the entire eastern Spanish coastline, frozen in time between the moment the bubble burst, more than eight years ago, and what happens in the future after the return of the brick.
A real memory of the holidays so you do not forget what happened before the cranes erase much of the remains of the battle.
On the other hand, it is about undertaking the most complete investigation to date on the causes, consequences and protagonists of what happened.
Playa Burbuja is a research project led by Datadista.com.
A new means of communication focused on research, data and new narratives led by two entrepreneurial journalists: Ana Tudela is an economic research journalist with more than 15 years of experience.
Among his main research highlights his information on the SGAE that led to the Saga Case.
Antonio Delgado is one of the pioneers of data journalism in Spain and promoter of different initiatives related to media, innovation and free culture.
