This morning, the deputy spokesperson of the Municipal Group MC Cartagena, Isabel García, has transmitted the positioning of the Cartagena training to censure the socialist performance in the Boards of Government, guided by the will to undo plenary agreements;

Budget modifications that eliminate amendments approved in the Plenary
Regarding the budgetary modifications, foreseen in the Law, Isabel García has warned that "in many cases they obey requests from the services themselves to make better use of the surplus money." In this sense, Isabel García has detailed the following actions undertaken by the PSOE:
On September 14, they destine, at RED hours of firefighters and brigades, the 65,000 euros foreseen for the reform of Gisbert Street;
50,000 for the adaptation of municipal buildings;
41,194 for the rehabilitation of Cuatro Santos street and 50,000 for the rehabilitation of the Torreciega bridge.
On that same date, they also have 85,000 euros of the amendment for the start-up of the Palace of Sports and that were not intended to comply with the motion approved by the Plenary to install artificial turf on the El Bohío football field.
On October 9 decided to allocate more than 92,000 euros of the reform of the street Beatas and adjacent in, again, RED hours of brigades.
On October 26, they appropriated the 80,000 euros that had to be allocated to the approved amendment, by 24 councilors, at the proposal of the MC for the necessary Proximity Trade Promotion Plan, to be spent on promotion and revitalization.
Another one of the most outstanding modifications is the one of the soccer field 5 of the Aljorra and installation of lights, that had a endowment of 150,000 Euros, which were destined to parties and the jazz festival.
In this regard, the deputy spokesperson of MC has questioned such actions "that were not intended, for example, to finance the part that was missing to be able to tender the new medical center of Santa Ana, so necessary and claimed for years."
"It is one more example that the socialist government prefers another way of doing things: go to take the photo and lie to the neighbors telling them that they will do it next year, when they know that they will not be able to remove, before the elections, the 2019 Budgets ".
Payment of expired contract services
Next, García has made reference to the payment of services whose contracts have expired.
These contracts have not been re-tendered and the previous company is maintained, which is paid by invoices.

The PSOE governs with its back to the Plenary
Finalizing with his first intervention, he remarked that what does not interest the Executive of Castejón does not carry it.
Such is the case of compliance with the MC amendments to subsidize the UPCT Racing Team, the Youth Symphony Orchestra or the Chamber Orchestra, whose proposals must be approved by the Governing Board.
