Today, the spokespersons of the MC Cartagena municipal group, José López and Isabel García, accompanied by the president of the Cartagenerista formation, Jesus Giménez, have participated in a working meeting with the president of the Association of Young Entrepreneurs of Cartagena and Region (AJE ), José Manuel Antón.
The appointment has elapsed at the headquarters of the entity.
This meeting responds to the constant and direct contact that the cartagenerista formation maintains with the social and business agents and, in particular, with the young entrepreneurs.
It should be remembered that, after one of these meetings held last spring, MC presented an initiative to the municipal plenary session requesting that the socialist government put itself in contact, as soon as possible, with the association in order to respond to their demands and concerns , in addition to claiming the regularization of the seat of the entity, of municipal ownership, and that is located in C / Mayor 31, a question that was being addressed by MC Cartagena before his resignation in the local Executive.
That day, in addition, the state of defencelessness of the young entrepreneurs was revealed due to the absence of a legal framework that covers the collaboration between the Consistory and AJE.
This fact makes it impossible to establish a negotiating framework regarding the possible assumption of expenses derived from the headquarters.
An institutional neglect that extends to the regional scope, since the public aid of the CARM, to date, has not been distributed in an equitable manner, for which MC requested that the Socialist Executive urge the Autonomous Community so that it would promote this objective.
Eviction of housewives and sharing spaces, socialist solution
Almost half a year after the plenary initiative, the response of the socialist mayor, Ana Belén Castejón, has been transferred by the spokesperson of MC.
"In 2018 the Socialists have evicted the association of housewives from their local street in Main Street and have relocated them precariously in the offices of AJE, causing the overcrowding of both entities that obviously do not share activities or aims or objectives."

Subsequently, Lopez has meant that "if the logic does not prevent tomorrow, they intend to build a wall that separates the two associations, leaving two corridors where there is currently a room."
