It is not a cafeteria to use, but a space where everything revolves around coffee.

This is the way to create "coffee culture" that has created the roaster, in line with what is known as the Third Wave of Coffee, a pure trend in London and New York, where they have been inspired so that each cup is an experience.

But the establishment does not only have a training room, there are other keys that have led to success as for example the careful and characteristic presentation of their drinks, the originality of their furniture and decoration -sinks, faucets, coffee makers, coffee bags , etc. ... -, the philosophy of recycling and respect for the environment taken to all its areas and, of course, the quality of its handmade products.

Products in the hands of craftsmen or ecological firms that make breakfasts, lunches, snacks or snacks of CaféLab pure pleasure, as well as healthy.

Thus, their cakes or their breads (also for celiacs) are artisan and very varied -like coffee bread-, yogurts are organic, the oil comes from the best olive trees and there is a diversity of vegetable milks.

Matcha green tea is another of its major bets, one of the considered "superfoods" with which CaféLab innovates.
