The Waiter Banquet course taught within the Fixed Classroom Program of the ADLE, of the City of Cartagena, has ended this Wednesday, November 28.
At the end of the course was attended by the president of the ADLE and Councilor for Employment, Carmen Martín, who has presented the diplomas to the students who have participated.
This course began on November 5 with a duration of 80 teaching hours during which 14 students have learned and practiced skills and knowledge necessary for the assembly of gastronomic services and special events in restoration.
In addition, training visits have been made to companies related to the sector such as: Cafés Peréz Campos and the Salón de Celebraciones Jardín de los Molinos where real assembly practices were carried out in the different areas of a banquet hall.
They have also received the visit of already established businessmen who have given them advice and have shared their experiences about their career in this service sector.
This training action has aroused great expectation covering all places quickly, in addition, has given good insertion results since before finishing the course has hired a student and six more have been shortlisted by an establishment in the municipality to meet the demand of events that you have already planned.
