The IES Isaac Peral has been the center chosen for the inauguration, this Wednesday, November 28, of the program "Are you coming or going ?, with which the Youth Council has renewed the project of Socio-educational Intervention and whose purpose is to bring young people to their offer of training resources, both in the Informajoven, the Youth Resource Center and the Young Space, in a way that contributes to their personal development.

The program was launched this morning with the workshop on Sexual Affective Education of the Health and Gender Space, given by the psychologist Mery Samperio, which has been aimed at students of the 1st year of Bachiller and in which the Councilor for Youth, David Martínez, has participated. Noguera

"Given the proximity of December 1, which commemorates the World Day of the Fight against HIV, we have considered it necessary to give clear and concise information so that they are aware of the importance of prevention.

The students have worked, in a dynamic and participatory way, on topics related to sexuality and sexualities, ways of relating, respect, diversity, sexually transmitted diseases, HIV, as well as the resources available to them ", said the councilor.

The proposals of this renewed program are divided into two blocks;

'Are you coming?', In which the visits of students from different centers are framed to know first-hand the facilities and interact with the professionals who execute the different Programs of the Youth Council and also Talks and Workshops that go from the merely informative and informative of the Youth Council, and their advice and services, to more specific issues related to youth issues.

And '¿Voy?', Which includes a wide range of courses, lectures and workshops, this course will cover topics ranging from Leisure and Free Time, Training Resources and International Mobility, Effective Employment Search, Sexual Affective Education, Use of New Technologies and their risks, Learning to recognize and handle emotions or specific Workshops of the Space Mobility framed within the Month of Europe Youth Cartagena 2019 and that they give the same technical professionals moving to the educational centers or meeting spaces of collectives, entities or plaintiff associations.
