Mar Recruitment has made this weekend, in Cartagena, a series of interviews and tests to more than 50 people.
The objective is to select 18 of them for new jobs offered in the sector.
During the selection, the candidates responded to tests focused on knowing their characteristics in order to assess the suitability of their candidacy and a personal interview with the consultants with a much more qualitative approach.
The sum of both techniques allows the consultancy to make a selection of the most appropriate personnel to the needs of the client.
