Firefighters of the Fire and Rescue Extinction Service of the City of Cartagena (SEIS), together with agents of the Local Police and health services of 061, managed to rescue and transfer to the hospital a man who on Saturday afternoon, was trapped under a van while trying to repair it in a street in the neighborhood of San Crisóbal de El Bohío.
A public notice alerted the event about seven fifteen in the afternoon, on Enrique Granados Street.
Apparently the neighbor had helped with a hydraulic jack to lift it, but it gave way and was trapped by the area of ​​the front wheel of the vehicle.
The units previously mentioned were quickly moved to the site, with the firefighters setting up an operation that succeeded in freeing the injured person who was transferred by the medical services to the general university hospital of Santa Lucía for his assessment, presenting a reserved forecast.
