We have received the complaint of several neighbors of that urbanization, in which they complain about the inaction of the CHS, which does not respond to calls from neighbors for the accumulation of garbage and spills of all kinds in the ravine, even clogging literally, the channel of it.

The purple formation already denounced in September 2016 the abandonment of these neighbors who even pay their taxes, do not have any basic public service covered, such as water, electricity, asphalt and sewerage.

In addition they reiterate that in their moment they raised questions to the Plenary regarding the danger of floods to which the neighbors of Beautiful Bay were exposed, for being the urbanization very stuck to the Boulevard of the Albujón, to which from the Municipal Government answered that in the new PGMO they were going to propose solutions such as the detour of the Rambla with charge to a new area of ​​developable land, thus assuming the cost of the infrastructure to be executed in accordance with what the CHS guidelines would indicate.

To date, there is no new PGMO, nor has the CHS intervened to solve the serious problem that neighbors have to be their homes in a flood zone.

For more seriousness of the subject, the neighbors continue to denounce that in the month of last September, a shovel made some earthworks in the ravine, leaving, next to the access of the same, a mound of earth that is causing the waters go directly to their homes.

These neighbors notified the CHS but no one has come to solve the problem.

We can raise an urgent request to the Municipal Government to act in defense of these neighbors, and to intermediate with the CHS and quickly solve the situation of cleaning and arrangement of the ravine of Albujón at its mouth to the Mar Menor, just where the Bahía Bella Urbanization is located.
