CTSSP-PODEMOS, which will bring an intense battery of questions to the Plenary, has criticized the boundless cynicism of the Mayor of Cartagena, first for kicking balls out with the failure of transitory rules;
and in second place by continuing to turn its back on the whole of the citizenship when meeting only with businessmen and builders, with which evidence that it governs for a minority.
The purple formation invites the Mayor to fight sudden amnesia and to remember who was the "wonderful idea" to appeal the judicial rulings that annulled the General Plan, who pushed for the express review (also lying in the courts) and who has left the draft and the draft of the transitory rules.
The answer is one and only one: of the Local Government, first of MC and PSOE, and then of the second in solitude.
We can have insisted that four precious years and a lot of money have been lost due to the blindness of the Socialist Government, and that at this point, if the PP Plan had been canceled, we would surely have an advance and the whole participatory process finished, in order to redesign a municipality for all and all the neighbors.
The purple formation also denounces that the cynicism of the mayor has no limits when she affirms that now, after being "abandoned" by the Autonomous Community, they are going to implement specific modifications to the PGMO of 87 in order to meet the expectations of businessmen and women. builders
"They used to say that no further modifications to the 1987 Plan could be made, and that is why they justified the drafting of the Transitory Rules.
But now it turns out that they can be done, that is, cynicism at its best. "
Pilar Marcos, spokesperson of the municipal group and Secretary General of the purple party, also recalled that municipal responsibility is the fudge of transitory rules, and it is pathetic and cowardly to speak only of the CARM: "The draft has departed the City Council and three Sometimes it has been rectified: first by the neighborhood, collective and ours allegations;
then by the technicians of the Councils;
and now by the Legal Council, which rules that the rules can be processed but puts so many objections that in the end it is not clear what they are for, because they allow little and nothing to be done.
In other words, a major disaster, in which all have participated: PP, PSOE, MC and C's, plus the employer's bosses ... Everyone except the people. "
The purple formation advanced that it will take numerous questions to the Plenary so that the Local Government responds on this subject, and also on its city-planning policy in general, characterized by other examples no less unpopular, like the fiasco of Casco Antiguo SA, the unsolicited aids for regeneration of public spaces;
the work (apparently invisible) of the new Sustainable Development Coordinator or the rickety subsidies for abandoned neighborhoods that the Government plans to implement through miserable discounts in the ICIO.
