Yesterday the session of the Plenary of the Neighborhood Board of La Puebla La Aparecida took place, which was attended by the deputy speaker of the MC Cartagena municipal group, Isabel García.

Therefore, the motion approved contains that the City of Cartagena urges the General Directorate of Roads of the CARM, as the owner of the road, to set the ideal point for the location of a pedestrian crossing that meets all the characteristics of perception and visibility, not only with vertical signage pre-warnings, but also with LED refracting lights on the road to reinforce its signaling.

Santiago León yesterday called attention to the fact that the number of health books in the towns of La Puebla and La Aparecida are attended by a single health professional, which makes it difficult for users to receive the desired service.
Therefore, the neighborhood associations have asked the Health Area II for improvements in the service, since a consultation request can take up to a week.
So far, the answers given by Health Area II to associations have not had a positive response to unblock this situation.

The member of MC Cartagena took to the Plenary the demands of the school community of La Puebla for the control of different agricultural actions in the matter of fumigations that are carried out in the agrarian farms of the school environment.

Finally, Santiago León moved a request for the Neighborhood Board to urge the Directorate General of Roads, the Hydrographic Confederation of Segura and the City of Cartagena to address the various deficiencies caused after the recent rains in areas of ownership of the different administrations such as flooding, lack of cleanliness or dragging of agricultural activity on the F-35 road, the Albujón ravine and the Los Ortegas Paraje, respectively.
