The Municipal Auditorium of 'El Batel' in Cartagena, hosts this week on 15, 16 and 17 November the XIX National Congress of AETAPI (Spanish Association of Autism Professionals).
Under the motto "Autism, Understanding Diversity", it aims to highlight the protagonism of people with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), the visualization and experience of their diversity, the empowerment of their abilities and strengths, as well as the role that It has society -which we have each and every one- in its inclusion as full citizens.
The Organizing Committee of the Congress, as well as the Board of Directors of AETAPI, presents this congress as a meeting point where people with ASD, their families, professionals, friends and society connect our strengths and promote new, better and greater resources and supports, recognizing, experiencing and living that diversity enriches, and that in no way is an obstacle to anything or anyone.
People with ASD, all of them, are a permanent stimulus to continue learning, to learn to share experiences that result in a higher quality of life.
