The 2018/19 season would have in its early stages an unprecedented date, which was the kick-off to the regional cross-country season.

In the sub14 category, with a total of 3.200m., The Murcia Murcia Tovarsport 1, conformed by Jorge Manuel Gutiérrez, Sara Sánchez, Pablo Trabalón and Leyre Martínez (10:40), won with sub16 for the UCAM Cartagena 1, with David Burguete, Pedro Manuel Paredes, Eva Ibarra and Lucía Martínez (10:20) over a distance of 3,600m.

The victory in the absolute category corresponded to CA Nogalte - Hogar Puerto Lumbreras, with Bruno Alfonso, Soledad Martínez, Mª José Martínez and Roberto Sánchez (15:04).

Already in the master section, the best masters I were the athletes of the Cartagena Runtriton, with Salvador Israel Martinez, Pedro Agustín Morán, Susana Jarillo and Olga Mª Martínez (17:05), ending with victory in Master II Grupo Alcaraz 1, with Adolfo Carrillo, María Nicolás, Nuria Panales and Francisco Máiquez (16:39).
