The Traveler arrives at Cartagena a multidisciplinary show that for an hour and a half brings us closer to a unique character, the great traveler of life who was and still is the poet Antonio Machado.
A unique show where the viewer goes through the work and love of the poet by the hand of his verses and his words, music, dance and flamenco.
It will be seen next November 10 at 9.30pm.

The Traveler is a song of love and hope through the poet's texts.
And in it we can see how the poet tells us his life focusing on the love that inspired him: the Soriana Leonor and the Madrid Pilar de Valderrama (Guiomar).
With this show the Cartagena Ginés Sánchez returns to the address and climb the stage in the complicated but at the same time, beautiful role of Antonio Machado.
Throughout the work is accompanied by dancers of modern dance and flamenco, singers and musicians who make the work a complete show where emotion flies from the stage to the stalls to captivate the viewer.
This play, in addition, wants to become the theatrical event of the 80th anniversary of the death of the poet that will be commemorated next year.

The work is produced by Meditea Teatro del Cartagena Ginés Sánchez and Canal de Creación and has the support of several associations of the autonomous community Cáritas Cartagena, Afal, Sodicar and Sierra Minera de la Unión Foundation and will be at the Nuevo Teatro Circo de Cartagena next November 10.

A ruined and unsuccessful director prepares what may be his last function, he is surprised by an accident that leads him to dialogue with his own ghosts.
