The City of Cartagena, through the area of ​​Social Services, Education and Transparency, has convened the III edition of the Cartagena Transparent City 2018 Awards, aimed at young people in Primary Education.
Students enrolled in schools in the municipality of Cartagena, through its Educational Center, may participate in the call.
The City of Cartagena will distinguish three primary school students from among those who present works on Transparency consisting of a drawing and phrase that, in an original way, represents what for them means Transparency in civic life.
The format of the drawing is free and the phrase must contain a maximum of 40 words.
• First Prize: Artistic and / or technical drawing material.
• Second Prize: Game that includes construction pieces for ages 6-12.
• Third Prize: set of manual and creative activities for ages 6 and over.
Likewise, the participating Educational Centers will be distinguished with the "Center committed to Transparency" seal, a badge to highlight their commitment and will with the dissemination of the culture of transparency.
