The photo exhibition Our Seniors can already be visited at the Ramón Alonso Luzzy Cultural Center.
The exhibition, which will remain open until November 15, is composed of snapshots whose protagonists are the longest-lived residents of the La Magdalena deputation.
The inauguration of the exhibition took place this Monday, October 29, and was attended by the Councilor for Culture, David Martínez Noguera.
The exhibition, which started from an initiative of the Local Social La Magdalena, consists of a set of 43 interesting artistic photographs of faces, hands and other elements, of different styles, following the criteria of the JAAPAN photographic group, Javier Carrasco López, Pablo Robles Martínez and Antonio José Liarte.
Along with the photographs you can read a composition of verses composed by the trovera Ana Aznar, which tell a semblance of the people portrayed and their ways of life and that represent those of many inhabitants of our villages and the "hard" life in the middle rural.
The exhibition will be accompanied by a tree made of scrap recycled by the sculptor Alfonso Núñez, from whose branches various photographs of La Magdalena's past hang.
