- The orange formation will propose in the Board of Spokesmen the defense of their demands through an institutional declaration

The Municipal Group of Citizens in Cartagena supports the demands and demands that the Student Association of the Las Salinas Secondary School of Mar Menor -ADESAMM- have sent to all political groups in the City of Cartagena.

With its proposal, also endorsed by other European and national, regional and national youth and student organizations, this group intends that the Plenary endorse an institutional declaration on the occasion of the celebration on November 17 of International Student Day.

ADESAMM wants that, through the Department of Education, free and effective participation of students is encouraged, campaigns are conducted to be informed of their rights and obligations, and a study is made of the needs, demands and claims of the students of the different educational centers of the municipality so that they are made arrive at the competent organ to solve them.

On the other hand, regarding the School Councils, this group wants its representatives to receive prior training so that they can carry out their work properly, especially the student representatives, and that the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports be encouraged to study to modify the composition of them.

As they indicate, they have not been updated for 17 years and consider it desirable that teachers, students and families have the same representation.
