The Ramón Alonso Luzzy Cultural Center will host from October 29 to November 15 the photo exhibition Our Seniors, an initiative of the Local Social La Magdalena in which are shown snapshots of the longest of the deputation.
The inauguration of the exhibition will take place on Monday, October 29, at 8:00 pm, and will be attended by the Councilor for Culture, David Martínez Noguera;
and the Councilor for Social Services, Mercedes García.
The exhibition is made up of 43 interesting artistic photographs of faces, hands and other elements, of different styles, following the criteria of the JAAPAN photographic group, Javier Carrasco López, Pablo Robles Martínez and Antonio José Liarte.
Along with the photographs you can read a composition of verses composed by the trovera Ana Aznar, which tell a semblance of the people portrayed and their ways of life and that represent those of many inhabitants of our villages and the "hard" life in the middle rural.
The exhibition will be accompanied by a tree made of scrap recycled by the sculptor Alfonso Núñez, from whose branches various photographs of La Magdalena's past hang.
