Citizens will ask at the next regular plenary of Cartagena to urge the competent authorities to initiate as soon as possible the procedures of strategic environmental assessment and environmental impact assessment for those areas of the Transitory Urban Regulations that are not within the assumptions of the article 145 of Law 13/2015 in its new wording given by the Law of Business Acceleration.
In addition, the orange formation will request the backing of the Plenary to request the Governing Council the definitive approval of the Transitory Urban Regulations in order to execute as soon as possible all those aspects covered by this Law.
