The coordination center 112 alerted at 7:55 hours of this Friday, October 19, of a traffic accident that had just occurred on the road to La Palma, in the direction of Torre Pacheco.
The incident, which occurred when a vehicle has skipped a stop sign and has impacted frontally with a second vehicle, has resulted in two serious injuries.
A crew of eight firefighters from the fire and rescue service (SEIS) of the City of Cartagena with 2 vehicles, a BUP and a VSR have moved to the scene where they have proceeded to disconnect the batteries of the cars and have verified that none of the injured was trapped inside the vehicles.
In the place there was also an ambulance of SVA and Guardia Civil.
ACCIDENT ON THE MOTORWAY OF MURCIA
Then, around 09:30 hours, another call from the coordination center 112 warned of a second accident that has occurred on the Murcia motorway, specifically at kilometer 181 towards Murcia, when a vehicle has hit the median.
A crew of eight firemen and two vehicles has moved to the scene of the accident, where they have been able to verify that the driver of the vehicle had left by his own feet and did not show any apparent injuries.
