The counselor of Transparency, Participation and Spokesperson, Noelia Arroyo, has demanded that the construction of the City of Justice in Cartagena be contemplated within the General Budgets of the State for 2019, fulfilling "what was already committed by the previous Executive to arrange in Cartagena of a fast and effective justice ".

Arroyo joins the claim of MC Cartagena, promoted during the mayoralty of José López.

For its part, from the City of Cartagena the Socialist government continues with silence on this issue, which is added to the inactivity demonstrated for years by the PP.

For the president of MC, Jesus Giménez, "not by usual we can stop denouncing the hypocrisy of the PP and the PSOE with the City of Justice of Cartagena, another vital issue for the region that the popular have held back for a decade."

According to Giménez, "at the beginning of this year, after not including in the general budgets of the state funding for this project, the Government delegate, Francisco Bernabé, boasted at the Young Lawyers Congress, held at the UPCT, of the first stone in Lorca's, admitting that there was no project or deadlines for Cartagena and considering that it is a local problem, well, now Arroyo and Rivera demand it, that is the level ".

The president of MC points out that "Castejón, for his part, has not had a meeting of the Justice Committee constituted by Mayor José López for a year and has not opened his mouth to demand a budget for 2019 within the agreement outlined by his party and Podemos, although with Diego Conesa announced that in September there would be advances ".

Giménez emphasizes that "while in our judicial district, with up to 400,000 defendants, the dispersal of judicial offices is maintained, the new family court is not opened, the commercial court, the mortgage and the juvenile court deny us; Palace of Justice of Cartagena accumulate the files in toilets or quarters, like image of a precarious administration of justice and the discrimination to all our region ".

And ends by saying that "we demand budget and an urgent meeting of the Bureau with all legal operators and parties, because PP and PSOE make many statements and no action to advance the project, and 11 years ago they announced the start of the works" .
