More than thirty children participated in the 'Cristo de Medinaceli Sport Fishing Competition' which was held last Friday, October 12, in which Paula Andreu won the Prolam-Asido category, María Hurtado got it in the of Infantile and Juan Miguel Pividal did the same thing in the one of Alevín.
The contest was organized by the Club Pescadores Deportivos Albacora and by the Department of Sports of the City of Cartagena.
The councilor of the Government Team, Carmen Martín, attended the trophy ceremony.
In the Prolam-Asido category, Paula Andreu beat her teammates with 14 captures, totaling 240 grams in total;
followed by Miguel A. Fernández, with 8 pieces with a total weight of 110 grams and with the third place went to Fernando Jimenez, with another 8 captures that added 100 grams.
On the other hand, in the Infant category was the small María Hurtado the winner, followed by José Luis Monteagudo and David García.
And finally, in the Alevín category, Juan Miguel Pividal won with 31 sacks weighing between 1,450 grams, the second place went to Ángel García and the third place in the table went to Mario Salmerón.
