The Charity Hospitality Organization Santa Teresa celebrated on Monday, October 15, acts of tribute to his employer with a day full of activities that included the delivery of their awards.
The City of Cartagena was one of the institutions that received a Gold Medal from the Hospitality Santa Teresa.
The mayor of Cartagena, Ana Belén Castejón and the Councilor for Social Services, Mercedes García, attended the act of recognition of the work done in favor of Hospitality by different people and entities.
The mayor herself was in charge of receiving the distinction that was granted to the City of Cartagena.
The Gold Medal was collected by the government delegate in Murcia, Diego Conesa.
Other entities that received recognition for their charitable work were: the Murciano Institute of Social Action (IMAS), delivered to its general director, Verónica López;
the Admiral of Maritime Action, Manuel de la Puente;
to the Alcantara Systems and Construcciones Marsac companies, in addition to the sports commentator Gaspar Zamora.
The day began with a breakfast shared with the residents of the Hospitality, and already at noon make a wreath.
The activities ended at night with the celebration of a Eucharist, after which the gold medals were handed out.
