Firefighters from the Fire and Rescue Extinction Service (SEIS) of the City of Cartagena acted on the afternoon of Tuesday, October 9, in the extinction of a fire inside the ISEN University Center, on Calle Real.
Following the announcement of the coordination center 112 that occurred at 3:44 p.m., a crew consisting of a light bomb, six firefighters and a high-altitude vehicle moved to the scene.
Upon arrival, the troops found that the fire was of low intensity and had originated in some cables, in a room in the upper area of ​​the entrance to the building.
After extinguishing it, they proceeded to ventilate the hall and the stairs of the building that were flooded with smoke.
