Also, Giménez has made clear that the regional leaders "forget that the factories that gave rise to the contaminated belt of Cartagena, such as ZINCSA, Fertilizantes or Peńarroya, were not installed here to service Cartagena, although if we suffer exclusively its effects for health, just as we bear the risk of two refineries for the entire state. "

Responsibility of administrations
