Citizens has collected the numerous complaints from neighbors about the abandonment of the Antoñares park in Los Barreros and has denounced the presence of rat pockets, fleas, mosquito clouds and the regular accumulation of dirt.

According to Manuel Padín, "the abandonment is widespread throughout Cartagena, and we have denounced it again and again, but there are cases like this one where children are exposed to the unhealthy presence of rats, something that cries out to the sky and we have to act urgency".
