The main purpose of this year's event is to sensitize and demystify the role of witches as evil women and to value them as precursors of women scientists.
With the purpose of recovering the origins, to remind the mothers of the story, according to the organizers of the event.
The women called witches were carriers of wisdom, considered the "wise women" of the community, observers of nature, understood anatomy, botany, reproduction.
They knew what remedies they should use or not to remove different ailments.
They had great knowledge about medicinal plants that they found in their environment with which they elaborated oils, ointments or broths for the different conditions.
The objective of this Fair is to stimulate the feminine associative network, offering communication and the exchange of women in a playful weekend that will help them to share, to empower themselves and to create spaces in which they can unfold new possibilities of them.
