The Criminologist and Local Police Cartagena D. Víctor Javier Navarro Iñíguez has received this morning the insignia of the Municipal Police of San José (Costa Rica) from his boss Don Deitel Beita.

Several municipal police of the country have met this morning in Santa Ana (Costa Rica) to attend a conference on new police models, given by Navarro.

Víctor is participating as a speaker at the Congress of suicide prevention that is being held at the University of Costa Rica from October 4 to 6, with his presentation of the model of educational Cybersuicide.
