The quarterly programming of Cartagena Piensa begins with the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Rascasa association, which works with groups that suffer exclusion with the aim of favoring and accompanying their inclusion processes.
This celebration will take place on Thursday, October 4, in the assembly hall of the Fishermen's Association of Santa Lucía, at 7:30 p.m., and will begin with the presentation of the book Crónicas Rascaseras.

To comment on the process of preparing the book that includes the 25 years of the Rascasa Association, and to trace a brief tour of its content, protagonists and anecdotes, will be presented by Pedro Castaño Santa, social activist, and with the interventions of Diego Sánchez Sánchez, founder of the Rascasa Association;
Encarna Aguirre Campos, former President of the Rascasa Association;
and Marta Elena García Sánchez, volunteer of the Rascasa Association.
Next, a talk-colloquium will take place, with the title The NGOs on the edge of the impossible.
Tables of salvation or anchors of anchoring, will tackle the difficult survival of the Nonprofit Entities of the Third Sector, and their role as suppressors or maintainers of Poverty and Inequalities.
It will be moderated by David Avilés Conesa, an anthropologist and activist and member of the Cartagena think tank, and Manolo García García, President of the Rascasa Association will intervene;
Rosa Cano Molina, Program Director of the Columbares Association;
representative of EAPN in the Bureau of the Third Sector;
and Adelaida Mª Martín Carreño, Coordinator of the Rascasa Association.
