Denied 19 drivers in the campaign of "Road Safety" for using the mobile driving (26/09/2018)

A total of 4,199 drivers have been monitored during the 'Road Safety' campaign, which lasted from September 17 to 23, of which 19 motorists have been reported for driving using the mobile phone.

Local Police of Cartagena has collaborated with the Directorate General of Traffic in this campaign, whose purpose is the reduction of traffic accidents due to distractions at the wheel.

During this campaign, local police officers have checked behaviors that can distract while driving, such as using a mobile phone, using headphones or using GPS among other behaviors.
