The House of the Child has dedicated one of its extraordinary draws to the Carthaginian and Roman Festivals.

The charity raffle celebrated its first draw in 1918 and this 2018 will celebrate its centenary.
The purpose of the draw has always been to enable the labor insertion of people with difficulties accessing the labor market: people at risk of social exclusion, people with disabilities and unemployed women with family responsibilities, among other people.
The current number of vendors of the Raffle Charitable Foundation Casa del Niño de Cartagena is sixteen, but before the end of the year the number of vendors will be increased by five, with the staff at that time reaching twenty-one.
The Foundation Raffle Charitable House of the Child of Cartagena depends on the Department of Social Services of the city of Cartagena.
