With the proximity of the celebration of the Carthaginians and Romans, which this year, as a novelty, will incorporate a violet point of attention to victims of sexual or sexist assaults at the entrance of the Festive Site, the Department of Equality has maintained on Tuesday a information and training meeting for coordination with the staff that will attend this device, which has been attended by officials of the Federation of Parties, Corps and Security Forces (Local Police and National Police), Surveillance company of the premises, Civil Protection, as well as technicians of the Youth Councils in Infrastructures.

In this meeting, which will be repeated this Wednesday, September 19, with representatives of feminist associations (Plataformas 8M and PIM Cartagena), the Federation of Women's Associations of the municipality, the Implica2 group of the Youth Council and volunteers of Civil Protection and of the joint vowel of Carthaginians and Romans, it has been reported on the implementation of the Municipal Protocol of Prevention and Action against Sexual Assault in the space of the Camp in which the Festivities take place from September 21 to 30.
