We can denounce that the PSOE Government abandoned the young people and the neighbors at the moment they forgot to complete the social agreement on the nightlife of the young people in the city.
The PSOE returns to show its incompetence, by proposing to "bombo y saucer", the implementation of the Pact by Night, and a few months to forget about it.
Not only did they stop listening to all the social agents involved in the nightlife of the young people, but also never put into action any of the actions to which they committed themselves within the work table called for it.
In this table responsible for the various departments and councils of the City involved as Youth, Education, Sports, Equality, Drug Plan, Culture and Local Police, proposed different actions to propose alternatives to bottles, which did not come to see the light.
Among the proposals were the opening of sports facilities at night, the Ramón Alonso Luzzy Cultural Center, preventive activities for the youngest in the afternoon, evening workshops and concerts by Youth, and many others that could have been an authentic alternative to the activity preferred by young people in Cartagena, such as the botellón.
On the other hand, denounce from Podemos, "the only thing that they have limited themselves to do from the Municipal Government has been to put spotlights and containers on the esplanade next to the Carthaginians and Romans Camp, to gather the bottle during the holidays, and negotiate with the disco Trips, the occupation of an esplanade next to it, to eliminate the bottle problem in La Manga and Cabo Palos in summer.
Necessary measures, but totally insufficient to encourage the practice of a "healthy" leisure for the young people of our municipality ".
