For Podemos, the patience of the municipal workers has reached its limit.

CTSSP blames this crisis of the Municipal Government with the workers and unions, to the bad management that has been carried out on personnel issues, where it has been improvising at all times, without defining a clear program to follow in the personnel policy , signing hundreds of decrees without control or criteria, only the proximity to the socialist party of certain posts, and this is the result of chaos.

We can ask where are the conclusions of the external company hired to update something so important and necessary in the City Council, such as the Job List, and when they will start negotiations with unions and political groups.

Why have not the pending selective processes been completed, in which more than 150 workers are waiting for the announcement of the 2014, 2015, and 2017 job offers. When will they solve the problem of the RED Hours, which Every year they cost thousands of euros to Cartagena, without rational solutions are proposed such as hiring new staff for police and fire services.

And to finish and no more bleeding, how is it possible that the negotiation of the Working Conditions Agreement, which has been extended for almost four years, has not been completed?

Ineptitude, sloppiness, improvisation, all this leads us to say to Podemos that since the socialist party there was never an authentic political will to solve the serious problems of personnel that exist in the City of Cartagena, but they have shown an authentic will in " take care and pamper "all companies that manage public services in our city, such as Hidrogea, FCC, which take millions of euros from the pockets of Cartagena, leaving in the hands of private companies what should be public.
