The Municipal Policy Secretary of the PSRM-PSOE and Deputy Speaker of the Socialist Parliamentary Group, Alfonso Martínez Baños, has assured that in Cartagena there was no project for the arrival of the AVE, "neither had been drafted, nor hired."
"The PP has lied about this matter because, as always, only looking for headlines, did absolutely nothing for the benefit of Cartagena and Cartagena, much less in this matter," he remarked.
The socialist leader has explained that the Ministry of Public Works has taken a decision based on listening to neighbors, businessmen and businesswomen.
