The fourth edition of Cartagena Negra began during the afternoon of Tuesday, September 4, with the round table Cartagena Postmortem, which was moderated by Ana Ballabriga, whose central axis revolved around the role of Cartagena in the novels of the genre.
The highlight of the day was lived with the visit of Lorenzo Silva, who celebrated in Cartagena Negra the 20th anniversary of two of his most emblematic characters, Bevilacqua and Chamorro.
In addition, he presented and signed copies of his new novel 'Far from the heart'.
In addition, the mayor of Culture, David Martinez, presented this new edition of the Black Literature, Police and Mystery Conference, who was accompanied by the content director of Cartagena Negra, Francisco Marín.
In addition, every day at 9:00 pm the Cañas Negras will be held at Mister Witt Cafeteria, where attendees can experience meetings with the visiting authors and obtain their signed copies.
The program continues this Wednesday, September 5, with the meeting with the author David Jiménez, El Tito;
while at 7 pm it will be the turn of the round table Tinta y Sangre, moderated by Manuel Marlasca;
and at 10 pm, the Black Monologue will be held by Victor Mirete.
On Thursday, September 6, they will come to the meetings with the reading clubs Susana Martín Gijón and Estela Chocarro;
while at 9 o'clock the round table Promesas Negras will take place with the godmothers Estela Chocarro, Graziella Moreno and Susana Martín;

The last round table will be moderated by Antonio Parra under the title Sexual Predators and at 9:00 pm the conference will be closed and the II Black Cartagena Novel Prize will be handed out.
