The Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT) opens this course their renewed degree studies in Tourism, which for the first time in the Region are taught directly by a public institution and have bilingual teaching in English and Spanish.
The public prices of the degree in Tourism imply an annual cost of each course of 60 credits, in first enrollments, of 862.80 euros.
After the approval of the degree in July by the Interuniversity Council of the Region, those interested in Tourism studies may register between September 21 and 28.
Tourism training includes knowledge in Law, Economics, Business and Foreign Languages, as well as specific subjects such as world tourism geography, hotel management or sustainable tourism and environmental management.
The students will begin their access to the labor market with internships in the main hotels of Cartagena and La Manga, as well as in public and private tourism promotion agencies.
