Everything is ready in La Aparecida to celebrate its patron saint festivities in honor of the Virgin of the Pasico, which will be held from September 1 to 9 and for which there are many activities, music and dance scheduled for all ages.
Thus, on Saturday, September 1, the festivities will begin at 11:00 am with the opening of the 11th Tapa and Asian Tour.
It will be already in the afternoon when there will be a parade through the town, in which carnival comparsas of Cartagena Antares and Baracay will participate and the collection of the Children and Youth Honor Court will take place.
At 9:30 p.m. the festive venue will be inaugurated and the mayor of Cartagena, Ana Belén Castejón, will give the opening speech.
After the delivery of the prize to the Farmer of the Year and the coronation of the mises will take place;
godparents, godmothers and pilgrims of the year.
To close the night the group 'Kar P Dien' will offer a concert and the party commission will offer bread with sobrasada already at midnight.
On Sunday, September 2, this delegation will celebrate the Day of Our Lady of the Paschal, so that at 10:00 hours the Eucharist in honor of this Virgin will take place.
The Paellas Contest will take place at 2:00 p.m.
To start the week of parties, on Monday, September 3, La Aparecida will host the Talent Day, a day in which the tournaments and classifications of different disciplines such as billiards, darts or table football will begin.
It will be at 9:30 p.m. when the third edition of the La Aparecida Talen Show will be held, which will feature large musical numbers.
On Tuesday, September 4, will be held on the Day of the Children of the House, with activities that will be developed throughout the day scheduled for children.
Bike rides through the village, Masterchef Junior La Aparecida Contest;
a magic show and a costume contest will complete the playful day of the little ones.
In addition, on Wednesday 5 will continue the fun with Children's Day in which there will be a large inflatable playground, a snack for children and the Fiesta de la Espuma.
On Thursday there will be the Day of Housewives, which will be served chocolate with buns for breakfast.
During the night the Migas Contest and the performance of the Trio Jema and Raúl Palomo will be held.
The Day of the Third Age is celebrated on Friday September 7 with a meal of brotherhood and the Great night of dance and the Spanish song.
Also during this day will be a new edition of the Aparock.
The final stretch of the festivities begins on Saturday with the Floral Offering to the Patron Saint of the Aparecida and the Eucharist.
The last live music show will be carried out by Grupo Destellos Show, the night will culminate with the Play Summer Party.
On Sunday, September 9, is the big day of the festivities because the Day of the Patron Saint of Aparecida is celebrated.
At 7:00 pm the Solemn Procession will take place with the image of the Patron, whose exit will be located in the hermitage.
At 9:00 pm the trophies of the weekend tournaments will be handed out and the 2018 celebrations will conclude with the Great Fireworks Castle.
