The Plenary of the Neighborhood Board of Los Dolores met last night to discuss matters of interest in said deputation.
Thus, the representative of MC Cartagena, Rafael Rodríguez, presented a motion to carry out a comprehensive asphalting plan in the neighborhoods of El Bohío, Los Dolores and Hispanoamérica.
This proposal was approved with the abstention of Citizens and the vote against the PSOE.
Likewise, it was ratified, with the unanimity of all the members with representation in the Neighborhood Council, to allocate fifty thousand euros of their investment budget to complete the project of the Participatory Budgets for the refurbishment of Manuel de Falla Plaza, located in El Bohío .
In this sense, the deputy spokesperson of MC, Isabel García, who attended, along with the coordinator of neighborhoods and councils of the training, Enrique Pérez Abellán, said that "we can see what we have been denouncing from the beginning, and that is to limit the The amount of the projects at 75,000 euros was an error, since that way there was no solution to the local demands ".

In this regard, Garcia has pointed out that the socialist councilor Juan Pedro Torralba, it seems, "blackmails the Neighborhood Councils and blocks those projects that do not interest him, despite being priority and demanded by the neighbors."
"This is not new, it was already his usual modus operandi when we shared Government," he recalled.
To all this we must add, according to the mayor, that the projects that are going to be undertaken with charge to the Treasury remnant of 2017, "besides being a mere distribution of crumbs agreed at the time by PP and PSOE, are being developed from back to the neighbors, without participation or transparency, as was clear during the plenary yesterday after the questions of our members in this regard.
"It is increasingly evident that the only party that has a project for the municipality is MC Cartagena, which puts the interest of the people of Cartagena before scratching a few votes".
Questions at the next municipal Plenary
Isabel García reported that during the celebration of the next municipal plenary, on Thursday, August 30, in addition to asking about the extra costs of participatory projects, will question the socialist government for the criteria followed to choose the works to be carried out with the remainder of Treasury and which groups have supported these works.
"There are many complaints that MC Cartagena has received from neighbors and groups in relation to this distribution of projects," Garcia stressed.
