Isidro Ibarra, new manager of the UPCTE rector of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena, Alejandro Díaz, has proposed to the Social Council the appointment of Isidro Ibarra as the new manager of the UPCT.
Ibarra is the current head of the Occupational Risk Prevention Service and the Support Service for Technological Research.
It will replace Carmen Alcaraz, who ceases at her own request after six years in Management. The Manager will return to her position as head of the Research and Technology Transfer Unit.
The Rector thanked Alcaraz "for all his work and dedication for more than six years as vicegerent and as manager, both in the team of the rector José Antonio Franco and mine." This change in the field of human resources of the University complements the Vice Chancellor of Teaching and Teaching Innovation on July 6.
"From both positions have been developed during the last two years necessary and timely actions to solve the most pressing problems in both the PDI and the PAS.
Now begins a stage of consolidation and resolution of new challenges, "said the rector.
