The Permanent Contracting Committee of the City Council will be responsible for the contracts of the Local Employment Development Agency, which until now had its own organ for these tasks.
This was approved yesterday, Wednesday, July 18, during the meeting of the Governing Body, unanimously by all the municipal groups represented therein.
Meeting that, chaired by the mayor and president of the Agency, Ana Belén Castejón, addressed in its main point of the amendment of the Statutes of the ADLE, specifically the article that includes the components of the own Contracting Committee, and that now it is canceled.
The proposal, agreed by all the members of the Governing Council, had the favorable opinion of the Legal Department and Municipal Intervention.
