The Musical Group Sauces has organized, for the fifth year in a row, the National Festival of Music Bands, which has had the support of the City of Cartagena, through the councils of Celebrations and Culture.
In this occasion, the appointment has counted on the Symphonic Band of San Javier (Murcia) and with the Band of Music 'Master Soler' Martos (Jaén), besides closing the concert the Agrupación Musical Sauces de Cartagena, like hostess.
The festival took place on Saturday, July 14, and began with a parade from the Plaza del Icue, at 19:00.
Acting after the bands, on stage set in the Plaza San Francisco.
The musical group of San Javier acted in first place, to give way to the Martos and the concert culminated with the performance of the Band Sauces.
Each of them played their pieces for half an hour.
As it is traditional, the National Festival of Music Bands ended with the staging of the pasodoble 'Suspiros de España', by the master from Málaga, A. Álvarez, played by the three bands playing in unison.
