The counselor Noelia Arroyo attends the act of delivery of the Gold Medal of Cartagena to the "priest worker" of Vista Alegre (12/07/2018)

The counselor of Transparency, Participation and Spokesperson, Noelia Arroyo, attended the event today in which Antonio Bermejo, popularly known as the 'worker priest' of Vista Alegre, received the Gold Medal of the City of Cartagena.

Arroyo stressed that it is a "well-deserved recognition because it is a clear example of service to the community that has earned the admiration and respect of all Cartagena."
