Improvement actions in the sewer system of the Los Pérez de Arriba and Los Migaznares nuclei in La Palma
The representative of MC will request that the surplus obtained by the water concessionaire, Hidrogea, be used for improvements in the sewerage and water treatment services in said deputation.
Saura will make this proposal in order to make improvements in this matter in the nuclei of Los Pérez de Arriba and Los Migaznares.
The vowel noted that "the extra cost of water paid by the residents of La Palma has resulted in economic surplus benefits that must be paid and returned to the taxpayers themselves in other types of services related to the water."

He also reported that "the surpluses obtained years ago have been allocated, almost in its entirety, to works in the city of Cartagena."
Therefore, from MC it will be requested that the surplus pending liquidation of Hidrogea be equitably allocated to modernization works in the sewage and sanitation network of the municipality of Cartagena.
In addition, it will be urged to include the execution of this work in the nuclei of Los Pérez de Arriba and Los Migaznares of the deputation of La Palma.
Nominative identification of hamlets and rural cores scattered around La Palma

Pruning of cypresses in the Carretera La Palma-Cartagena F.36 in the Paraje de Fica del Alto

Saura has stressed that "there has been an irresponsible administrative process in the management and execution of logging by the Neighborhood Board and the regional administration."
Faced with this situation, the member from Cartagena will ask the Chair of the Board what steps she has taken to date since the approval of May 31, 2017 to cut the cypresses, if this petition was transferred to the City Council, who and in what way the General Directorate of Roads for the execution of the felling and which technical direction gave the work order.
Also, the MC member will question if the existing type of trees was known and if they are going to be restituted with a new plantation by the CARM.
Road safety
Regarding road safety, he explained the poor visibility of a vertical stop sign, located on Antonio Serrano street in the direction of the Tomás Ferro farm, at the intersection of the Trasvase road (T-12-5.6).
Saura has denounced that "the fencing of a ground protected by a dense mesh does not allow to see the vehicles coming from the way of the transfer, which forces the users to remove the front part of the vehicle to be able to make the turn and avoid the possibility of accident to its incorporation ".
For all these reasons, the vocalist from Cartagena has requested that a mirror be installed to facilitate the perception and visibility of vehicles to users of this route.
In the event of technical non-feasibility, Saura will require that the property be appropriately disposed of for the removal of the dense mesh and that the fence meet the legal means of visibility for the safety of the users.
