Agents of the Local Police of Cartagena destined to the area of ​​Los Dolores, detained during the afternoon of Thursday, June 28, two minors, who were traveling with two stolen mopeds.
The vehicles showed signs of having been stolen and manipulated, as they carried the grated frame, the trick registration and the forced bowler.
Those involved fled after realizing the police presence and were hit by the agents near the scene.
The agents proceeded to identify the alleged perpetrators, as well as mopeds, where one of them was denounced for theft and the other had the grated frame and a license plate belonging to another vehicle.
That is why local police officers proceeded to arrest him for an alleged crime of theft and use of vehicles and forgery, instructing police proceedings for alleged criminal acts, moving mopeds to the municipal vehicle depot.
