The Councilor for the Environment, Obdulia Gómez, stressed that during the meeting it was recognized that the City of Cartagena was the administration that responded more quickly to the demand of citizens;
and has stated that at the time of the incident there was a lack of coordination and defects in the information, which was not given at the appropriate time.
Gómez has stated that the company has acknowledged that it notified 112 later of what it owed because it was solving the problem;
and he added that in the future the protocols will be updated, which do not have all the information that should be offered.
He also explained that the 112 did not give the information in the right way, since there are people who use social networks, but there are others who do not, and added that there was an hour of delay in the information process, at which time that the problem in the installation had already been resolved.
