The Municipal Citizens Group assures that the Government of Cartagena is not fulfilling since September 2016 the plenary mandate that obliges them to provide school nursery to the infant schools of Cartagena, of municipal competence.

For the local spokesman of the orange formation, Manuel Padín, "this response is just a thick and humiliating evasive not to confess an incontestable and proven fact: this Government has not wanted to execute a plenary mandate for almost two years that is viable, that It is positive and it is necessary to safeguard the health of our children. "

Manuel Padín has echoed the words of the president of the College of Nursing, Amelia Corominas, who said that having a nurse in municipal nursery schools is a vital improvement for families with chronic children and for the rest of the educational community , since education will be worked on for the health of the youngest children, avoiding long-term problems.

In the coming days, the Citizens Group has announced that it will contact the College of Nursing to "remove the proposal and push it to become a reality."
