The Municipal Group of Citizens in Cartagena has transferred to its Parliamentary Group the new complaints received about the process to grant authorizations for the entry into service of the new ITV stations in the Region of Murcia, especially the one related to the start-up of ITV of Molinos Marfagones.

The local spokesman of the orange training, Manuel Padín, has received back to the promoters of this business project in Cartagena, to know how they had spent the meeting they had a few days ago with officials of the Directorate General of Energy and Industrial Activity.

The project for the start-up of this station was reactivated after the end of the concession regime in September 2017.

Although the Community has since April 19 all the necessary documentation have not yet submitted the permits to operate;

"Meanwhile, these promoters are supporting since May 5 the payment of eleven payrolls by legal requirement and ensure that they will not be able to stand this situation much longer," the orange spokesperson explained.

From the Directorate General of Industry, according to the promoters of the ITV of Molinos Marfagones, they have now refused authorization because the documentation presented is not adapted to the new Royal Decree 920/2017 of October 23.

In this same situation there are 12 other ITV projects in the Region of Murcia.

The businessmen have informed Citizens that they are preparing a claim against this refusal in which they will argue that this General Directorate has in its possession a resolution proposal dated May 18 signed by the head of the Industry Service, authorizing the company to start up and provide the ITV service.

In the same situation there are 12 other ITV station projects in the Autonomous Community.

The spokesman of Citizens in Cartagena, regrets that these entrepreneurs "who have invested so much money, and who have scrupulously followed all the steps to open their business, now find no facilities on the part of the Community to be able to resolve this change of regulations."

Manuel Padín has informed that he is going to transfer all the documentation that has been sent to his Parliamentary Group on this matter, "we intend that, as far as possible, we can ask for clarifications and look for legal formulas so that these businessmen, who are supporting an important daily expense, they can start their projects without further damage by the public bureaucracy ".

Orange spokesman believes that "these people have made a huge effort to move forward with their business, are generating employment and will benefit the Cartagena with more affordable prices, a more agile quality service, and more alternatives that will prevent neighbors support the waiting and long queues to attend an ITV, and therefore it is inadmissible that the Administration does not find formulas to allow it to start working.
